South Africa Beat Australia In The 1st Week Of Tri-nations Rugby

On Saturday 16th June 2007, the Springboks kicked off their Tri Nations campaign, against a full strength Wallaby side in Newlands, Cape Town. As the first real test of the Springboks strength, against a highly rated world class side, with a long history of cohesion in the side and among the management team, this was a much awaited clash. Speculation was rife as to which was the better side and who indeed would be called upon to do team duty on the day. I was pleasantly surprised by the selections as the team looked closer to what I would consider to be the best, with 1 or 2 minor exceptions. I, personally, was happy to see the combination of the Shark’s scrumhalf and flyhalf.

Ping Golf Clubs - The Anser To Your Putting Problems

About five decades ago, an engineer named Karsten Solheim was playing golf. He was not very satisfied with his putting performance, so he tried creating a new putter. With his engineering background, he was soon able to put together a new putter that he found suitable. He tried it out on the ball, and the putt was perfect. As he hit the ball, the putter made a sound. Solheim did not know it yet, but he had just invented the great Ping golf club.

Goal Setting - Having Faith

Recently, one of my personal coaching participants opened a stall at one of our local Marts in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

It was one of the projects that the team and I came up with to market their products and services directly to the public. The response was good; some sales were done and a few people signed up for previews and enrolled for the Japanese language class, Yoga class and Chess class. I was contended with the result.

If you are looking for a way to quickly learn the basics of tennis, you would be happy to know there is a lot of different ways to deal with the problem. You can always hire a tennis coach, although that would probably not be the cheapest way to go. There are also a lot of online tennis guides and tutorials to help you, often with the same price (or less) as one tennis lesson with a professional tennis coach. I’ve tried a few online tennis tutorials, and I’d be happy to share some information about tennis for beginners.

Basketball Techniques That Amaze Even Professional Players

Professional basketball isn’t only about who runs faster or jumps higher, it is about making the right decisions on court based on the player’s game intelligence skills. An innovative technology claims to skyrocket the player’s basketball techniques and game intelligence by developing his or her brain-skills.

Acquiring superior basketball techniques requires at least some basic natural born talent and a daily hard work on court and lots of it! No matter how hard you practice, how good you memorize drills, moves and work on your techniques, it all comes to the point where you need to execute it all on court, under intense pressure with minimum court time.

Power Golf Swing Requires More Accuracy Than A Weak One

Many golfers come to me to increase the power of their golf swings since that is what I do. They are usually surprised to find that i begin their training with the fundamentals by starting with the short game shots and using the sand wedge.

To have an extremely powerful golf swing it is imperative to have a swing that is fundamentally sound. All of the levers of the body that control the face of the club and the direction of the club heads travel must be trained to control the club at a slow speed. This is so that when we are swinging very hard the controlling factors have all been programmed into our swing and practiced to perfection.

One Handed Back Hand Drive - A Snapshot

Without question, it is the most aesthetically pleasing stroke in the game and undeniably the toughest to master. It is sought by most but executed by few. It is compact in form and cunning with its disguise. The one handed back hand drive in all its glory is some club player’s reason for being.

The stroke simply has more moving parts than its antonym on the other side. It requires some imagination and body awareness to sequentially unwind the body parts required for unleashing the racquet head perfectly for impact. Golf and tennis are so similar in this way. In fact, there is no compromising on the fundamentals of both swings. You either have it or you don’t.

How To Clean Inline Skate Bearings

Clean bearings roll smoother, are faster and will last longer than dirty bearings. Grit and sand can cause small pits in the balls and create an uneven rotation. Below are instructions on how to clean a bearing with a removable shield. If the shield on your bearings are stationary, ignore the steps which are directed to removing shields.

If you clean and lubricate your bearing often they should last you a long time. Always avoid getting your bearings wet, and keep them free of sand! Clean and lubricate skate bearings immediately if they become wet.
