Goal Setting - Having Faith

Recently, one of my personal coaching participants opened a stall at one of our local Marts in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

It was one of the projects that the team and I came up with to market their products and services directly to the public. The response was good; some sales were done and a few people signed up for previews and enrolled for the Japanese language class, Yoga class and Chess class. I was contended with the result.

When You Feel Like Giving Up

The enemy waits and listens for your desperation. When you are at the end of your rope and can no longer see or feel what hope looks like, the enemy of your soul pounces on your confidence, shreds your dreams, and will cast a very dark shadow of doubt over what you want to be or do in your life.

The enemy does not want you to be successful. It delights in breaking you down to the point you surrender and exclaim things like, “What was I thinking, I can’t do something like that,” or “There is no way I will ever be able to [fill in the blank].”

Are You A Slave To Your E-mail?

I’ve had the privilege to present “effective Time Management” to several organizations including Bank One. The topic is always well received and elicits spirited conversation about the “how-to” to manage information overload. Let’s face it we are literally assaulted with constant bombardment of information via television, radio, books, magazines, newspapers, and our daily interactions with others. Help! How DO we get a handle on all of this? What’s the secret to keeping your life streamlined and organized? The bottom line of successful time management is successful self management.
